Branka M. Ladanyi Festschrift

The American Chemical Society published a festschrift honoring the academic achievements of Branka Ladanyi.  Colleagues, such as University Distinguished Professor Nancy Levinger, Mark Maroncelli, and Richard Stratt, wrote about Branka’s contributions to the chemistry field.  Branka is probably best known for her contributions to our understanding of depolarized light scattering and dielectric relaxation/solvation dynamics.

Chen Awarded 2015 Presidential Green Chemistry Challenge Award

Professor Eugene Chen, along with post-doctoral fellow Miao Hong and graduate student D.J. Liu, received a Presidential Green Chemistry Award from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency for their work in developing green condensation reactions for renewable chemicals, liquid fuels, and biodegradable polymers.
