Dean's Welcome

Welcome to the inaugural issue of CNS Insider, which is just what it sounds like: an inside look at the College of Natural Sciences for some of the closest members of our community.

My goal is to provide you with information that goes beyond the usual news headlines (which are delivered regularly by CNS NewsNet). For example, I'll be sharing some of the current issues and projects that come across my desk; I'll also be providing updates on key fundraising and programmatic initiatives.

I hope you'll see this as an invitation to connect with the college. I always value your input and the many contributions you make to the College of Natural Sciences.

- Janice L. Nerger, Dean
